By attending AFF events, you consent to AFF photographing or recording sessions for documentation and marketing use.

User-Generated Content: If you submit content to AFF events (such as feedback, presentations, or social media posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in connection with AFF services and events.

6. Intellectual Property

All AFF content—including presentations, reports, videos, and materials—is owned or licensed by Sabio World Pte. Ltd.

Redistribution Rules

• AAttendees may not redistribute, publish, or reproduce AFF content unless AFF has made the material available for download on the website and the attendee provides name and email before accessing it.
• Any other use requires written consent from Sabio World Pte. Ltd.

7. User-Generated Content

AFF events may feature sponsors, exhibitors, and partners who display their brand platform or at the event itself. Any information and use of your information by sponsors or partners are subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. AFF is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party sponsors or partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

If you submit comments, feedback, or content, you grant AFF a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this content for event or marketing purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

AFF provides events and content on an “as-is” basis.
